Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts under the same name, the same email, the same phone number, or the same payment method are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

Bonuses and Promotions

The bk71 welcome bonus is up to 120% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳500 is required, and a 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive a ৳6,000 bonus. Before withdrawing this ৳6,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳6,000 × 15 = ৳90,000 in bets.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• The list of eligible games and wagering conditions for each bonus are clearly stated in each offer.

• In cases of bonus abuse or fraud, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on bk71 are operated on fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no way to influence the outcome of any game.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Betting activity may only be carried out using real money or bonus balance in your account.
• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• In cricket and sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Prohibited Activities

• Cheating, hacking, or using software bots or automation tools.
• Interfering with the security or functionality of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Unauthorised access to or collection of other users' information.
• Fraudulent payment transactions — such as making chargeback claims.
• Harassment or inappropriate behaviour toward other users.

If evidence of such activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.

bk71 gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. The Platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Your personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties, and may only be shared with relevant authorities to fulfil legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time via live chat or email. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, however any bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by bk71

bk71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
